300watts is illegal for CB!

And it's american anyway, who gives a stuff.
This group IS uk.rec.models.engineering and uk.radio.amateur ! Nothing to do with the USA
As the reference quoted states, the limit is 4 watts. It remains that 300 wats IS illegal.
