I seem to remember that the gentleman in question was the proud owner of a DREMEL which he seemed to think made such machines as tool and cutter grinders redundant! I suppose he could use the grinder suggested but would not of course be able to bolt it to a bench as this would make it too heavy to manoeuvre with any precision.
