The news article leaves a number of points open.

How did Mr Evans allegedly harass someone over the internet.

Was Mr Evans charged with an offence; if so what offence.

Why the **** did the police need to go in as a crew of 6 with a video camera to make a simple arrest. Have they had previous problems with Mr Evans.

Obviously. Actually there were only four coppers the other two with the camera were John Lloyd and myself. One of us was filming 'background' whilst the other was kicking seven shades of shit out of Mr Evans. In all a good day, in fact we are seeking permission from the law lords to instigate this sport instead of fox hunting.

With fox hunting you had all the anti blood sports people up in arms, with Gareth no one gives a shit.

I think he may have been reported for offence/s pending further enquiries, then the cps will decide what if any charges he may face.

By his own admission in numerous postings he has had 'dealings' with his local police (who always appear to be at fault) according to the accused

Definitely sounded like a grudge match to me.
