OT: phone # for ChronosLtd?

hello all. a week or two back i placed an order with Chronos, online, as some suggested here. I quickly received the email confirmation. their website, however, seems not to have tracking / orderstatus information.

i've tried to contact them with the number on the website (also listed below).. but can't figure out which numbers to drop/add from where i'm calling (Italy). for england, i usually dial "00 44" and the number with no problem. however, no combination has worked with the Chronos # and i'm really anxious to get my stuff!

maybe someone out there can parse this number for me and tell me which is the area code / country code / whats needed / what missing / etc.

Nigel, kind of you to offer. i managed to get through today, however, with the help of an operator. seems a knurlinghead is holding up the order.

sound like nice folks at Chronos.. good phone personality at least.

did you drop the leading zero from the phone number? I know that in Italy the leading zero is retained, but as far as I know Italy is the only country to do this.
