Painting Lathe and Coolant Filter

Hi All I am in the process of moving my Lathe ,a Weiler from the garage to a new workshop at the bottom of the garden .All the paint that was on the drip tray is a sticky mess in the bottom of the coolant tank any suggestion as to a paint I could use to paint it (battleship grey).Also a in line filter for the coolant drain. I think we use a paint called something like Trimite at work. The can is mainly black with yellow and red text on it . I've never seen it softened by the coolants we use.

Hammerite, if you don't object to a pebbly surface. I used Valspar many years ago and it's still sound, but I hav'n't seen any around for some time.
