Insulating sounds can be tricky as you need to cleary understand and communciate what the transmission means are. If the sound is travelling through the air, there are lots of sound absorbing foams that are available. Search for "accoustic foams". If you are trying to stop sound conduction through a solid, then you need sound damping materials, typically rubbers. Search for "sound damping" and/or "vibration damping".

Since these materials are typically polymeric, they should have good heat insulation properties as well. With heat insulation, there are also many modes of heat transfer (conduction, convection, radiation) that each have their own best solutions, but in general, if you fix the sound problem, you should also be fixing the heat transfer problem.
