I'm looking for TP=DC with a high MVI > 80 cc/10 min (@160 =B0C/2.16 kg). If possible the polymer must also have some elongation. And must have some restance to hydrolysis

Suggest you talk to Merquinsa - they have a range of caprolactone based TPU's so they offer good hydrolysis resistance.

Do you have only this information? no hardness or type of processing.

The TPU must be soluble in solvent or waterbased.
The hardness (shore) is not that important. I'm just looking for polymer with a high melt volume index 80 ccm/10 min at 160=B0c, 2.16 kg. so this means that the melting point is also low. Ohter parameters are not that important
