unpluged ethernet cad

yesterday, i have uninstalled pro-e wildfire2 with specillised software and deleted registry of ether cad,after that it show ethernet card was plucked,please help in enabling ethernet card If you have WinXP, do a System Restore to a day before you did the uninstall.

Plucked? Is that anything like the pheasant plucker? Hunh, whah.... I got lost at "specillised". Word to the wise non-english speaker~don't ever try to figure out english spelling phonetically; it isn't. LOOK IT, THE F*CK, UP!!!!!
