NARCON 2005 Signature Rocket
Each NARCON 2005 attendee was given one of these by Quest to open , build and have signed.
the 3mm bag does not seem to have a bar code on it.
It contains a white body tube, bright plastic nose cone, blue plastic fin can unit, parachute,
and marking pen.
Still sealed in the bag with all the magic dust still inside.
