My wife just brought home the list of 2003 Hugo award winners.
My old friend, former NAR teammate, and occasional RMR poster Geoff Landis has won another Hugo, for his short story titled "Falling Onto Mars", published in Analog 7-8/02.
This is his second Hugo, the first being for "A Walk in the Sun" published in Asimov's, October 1991. He also has 4 nominations that did not win: "Ecopoeisis" (SF Age May 1997), "The Singular Habits of Wasps" (Analog
1994), "Ripples in the Dirac Sea" (1989), "Elemental" (1985),
