Ok...I am considering a staged project in either a 3 or 4 inch airframe

You know... Every time I go to one of those Epson photo pages it ALWAYS comes up with a page place-mark that say's, "Sorry photo unavailable." PITA...

It worked for me using Netscape 7.1
