(ROL Newswire) -- The next RCS Institute of Experimental Rocket Technology (IERT) "Advanced Propellant Formulation and Processing Course" will be held on Friday, July 23 through Saturday, July 24 2004.

Midnight or 1am - either way it sucks. People should know that going into it.

From a manufacturing perspective, I can understand but from the perspective of the student, it's messed up.

Other than the time, what did you think of the course?
