Not the original, but they built a replica a few years ago and that flew like a charm.......

from the pics i saw of the original, it looked properly laid out.
There are even two 1/72 scale cast resin kits of this little bird, one from Kora and another from JK Resin Models.
Simple as the original, the only proble would be the paint scheme. The C*ck used pieces of mattress covers with a pretty complex color scheme.
