Ah, that explains that. Never watched that movie. In fact I think the only two I've watched are "From Russia With Love" and "You Only Live Twice".

If you're in the UK, or the US, the miniseries DVD is out now.

June also showed up in a sci-fi show in the 90's, she played an older Doctor using a tool from an alian race to help cure people.

Now do you know the Show? or should I give you a hint?

Ok, one hint coming up, single word ... ZaHaDum

starlord offered me a plate of cheese and whispered:

It was Babylon 5, in the episode "The Quality of Mercy".

Bill Mumy, who had played Will Robinson in "Lost in Space" was a regular on B5. He and June wanted to do a scene where Lennier and Dr Rosen met in a corridor and smiled at each other before walking past. Each would then stop and look puzzled, as if they were wondering where they had met before, before shaking their heads and walking on. As it turned out, B5 was going through some labour problems at the time and an ad-libbed scene like this would have broken union rules, so it was sadly never shot. Bill and June didn't appear onscreen together in that episode.

It's a shame they never worked 'Penny' in anywhere. She must have retired from acting.

Penny was in the "Lost in space" remake. She was one of the reporters along with Judy in the scene where John Robinson (Will Hurt) is talking to the paparazzi! They both asked him questions. If that was what you were referring to

Not necessarily but it's good to know. I didn't bother watching the latest "Lost in Space" but I'll have to try and see it sometime just for her, which is very like the original. ;)
