Michael:

Very cool!

I swear Trumpeter is trying to sell home additions with all these huge kits.

All I'll say is, at 30, 40 maybe even 50 USD I'd be sorely tempted, but $129 is a bit stiff for me. Maybe they should get Revell to release and market the kit and the price would be down around that range.

Given how long it is taking R-M to release the 1/48 Superbug, I'd guess that they could have a 1/48 Fw-200 out by about late 2010, if they started today.

That looks really good , but yes it does seem a little bit expensive. Could there be any chance for a company like Revell to put out a re-issue of this really Great looking Kit. They re-issued that Luft'46 Lawn Dart looking 'Lipsich' thing which was done by Mauve and originally cost about $40.00 or so if I remember right.

If the price came down to a little more reasonable amount I'd get one in a New York minute. Then worry about where I would put it later.

It's already down to $95 pre-ordered from Hobbyland and we all know that after the first flurry of buying it'll get down to about $50-60 by fall and even less next year. It's just how long you want to wait. I have loved this subject since I bought it on the strength of that cool Revell boxart long ago. Gerry

I've got Bill Koster's 1/48 vac u form kit in my "stash" and that will be Condor enough for me. It even has nice decals.

I bought it several years ago but I believe it is still in Koster's list. I don't know what the current price is.

good man. i'm also addicted to vinyl. just bought 20 obscure 80's new/no/wave records from a thrift store for 10 bucks. all in vg+ to mint. SCORE!

Isn't most new wave obscure?

Congrats, anyway!

good chuckle, but in truth, no. blondies, b-52's, costello, mainly were mainstream wave. until you hit modern english, pere ubu and selector, or really out there like joy division, eyeless in gaza, or wall of voodeo. then ya gets obscure.
