Amodel An-22 Progress

I just added some more photos to my An-22 Cock build page at :-

I have made up the engine nacelles, the forward fuselage is glued to the main fuselage, I have added two orange-painted rails for the travelling cranes inside the cargo bay.

All I have to do now is rub down the joint on the fuselage, add the rear ramps, make up the tailplane, add the engine nacelles to the wings and then tackle those bloody flaps !!

Then paint and add the 14 wheels, spray it, decal it etc

Shouldn't take more than six months............ actually I am trying to get it finished for the FAA Yeovilton show on the 14th Feb........

Keep the updates coming; definitely not boring! That careful sanding really made a difference with the engines and It's a really unique project. I'm especially interested how you will tackle the flaps ;-)
