Sep 30, 2003 4 Replies

I have just posted some scans of parts of the drawings I am using - plus some photos of progress so far - on modifying the Esci Tu-22M3 to make an accurate replica - what our US cousins call 'accurizing' !

LOL! Nicely done. Better than my standards. I am working on mine now but doing a little bit of mods on it. I will not have the canopy opened. I kind of re-drew and shaped the cockpit in closed position. Fixing to get me some ejection seats for it.

But the nose to it? I cannot do that one (you lucky thing).

But I can drink a beer with that one. That one of yours is looking better all the time...

Good work.. William

BTW, I am getting some ejection seats for the Tu-22 Blinder as well. Thanks for the info very much. Building that one as well and after that one, doing the Tu-22K Blinder B next..

Ooops, I hadn't noticed the change in the rudder hinge line.

Thanks Ken

Will it be rady for Telford? Hope so .... I'll pay a visit to the Soviet SIG stand ... JUlian - Yuri from Spain

Hi Yuri,

I hope to have it ready - I'm burning the midnight oil working on it.

See you there.....

Ken
