From time to time, I bump into a web site for Perth Modelling Society (or something very like that). I think it's Australian and it seems to deal with large scale armour.

While it is not a dedicated Armour Forum the group over at Aussie Modeller International are always helpful, there are some Armour subject specialists who post there.
