In the past, on this group, I had expressed dissatisfaction with Greatmodels' customer service. I decided a while ago to give them another try, and after about 5 transactions with no trouble AT ALL I felt that I needed to say a good word for them. I guess that they went through a growing pains stage, but they sure have their act together as far as I'm concerned. I guess Loic can count this as a successful conversion from cranky to very pleased. Cool sales lately, too.
