I don't know about fonts, but there's a Japanese company that does 1/20 F1 decals. They're called Studio27. I think they make some kits too. Haven't bought any of their stuff myself yet. Hobby Link Japan carries them.

Museum collection, F1 Specialties and others also have a lot of F1 decals.
