Will be travelling to Frisco this spring, any good shops in the Bay area? Intrest in aircraft, armour.

Thanks, Dave P.

go to Ace Berkeley Hardware on University, only 2 blocks from the Downtown Berkeley Bart station.

lots and lots and lots of aircraft of all brands and scales. medium assortment of armor. I've been going there since 1973!

First, no one who actually lives in the Bay Area, refers to San Francisco as "Frisco". For your own personal safety, while you are in the SF Bay Area, do not use the phrase "Frisco".

In regard to good hobby shops, the following are available:

Hobbies Unlimited in San Lorenzo (located south of Oakland) Wold's Hobbies in Dublin (located in the Tri Valley area off 580) Talbot's Hobbies in San Mateo (located south of San Francisco) D&J Hobbies in Campbell (located near San Jose)

All of these shops carry a good selection of plastic kits, RC and trains.
