I'd just buy the Eduard sets for each of the individual aircraft.

Doing a quick google search with 'aires mistel detail' turned up good results and the first 2 are on the same site and the first review gives a run down on what sets are used and the second gives a cracking photo of an aires BMW 801 engine, infact just noticed the second has more pages to it as well.

I plan to do one of these myself sometime but would like to do it at expiremtal stage with standard Ju-88 body but will do more research when needed.
