Did anyone ever make a 1/144 scale F4K or M either as a kit or conversion?

IIRC Tamiya did the British Phantoms in 1/100th scale. Can't say anything as to accuracy. I can't think of any in 1/144th, altho I am willing to be corrected.

It'd be news to me. As for the Tamiya 1/100 kits, if they're as good as the Il-28 I have they're worth scaring up.
