Back in the days when this newsgroup had over a hundred posts a day, there was a constant stream of proposals to split the group by model genre. These were shouted down each time, so we never split it. There are no Usenet scale modeling groups other than this one that I have found so far.
...but that was back in the days when major ISPs still *carried* Newsgroups! :-(
