even without any modifications, everything shows up twice. sent this in a while back to may var and never got a response.
Well mine is showing up three times, so I'm clearly the winner!:>)

just re-sent to my var. they suggested i had more than one path set for color swatches. i didn't. i deleted the path anyway and restarted sw (path is auto created). i still get duplicates.
Same here, I will not be holding my breath for a fix. SW2005 SP 01.1
