Dual Head Videocard Suggestions?

Question

I'm using a dual monitor setup which I've come to really really enjoy, but because of model complexity I'm nearing time to upgrade. I'm starting to look for a dual-head 256M videocard and 2 gigs of ram. Does anyone have any suggestions? Experiences, good and bad? Any help would be appreciated.

Triton,Just about any of the dual head Quadro's work great.Just about anything is better than what your using. Any problems your having"ARE NOT" the result of inadequate video memory. You just have a lousy card.A PNY FX1100 with 256mb is more than adequate for anything SW is evencapable of doing. When you get into gigs of video memory, your in therareified air of very high end, >$5000.00, 3D Labs Wildcat cards. Thesecards don't even really work that well with SW.RegardsMark

Triton,Misread your post about the video mem. You "are" looking for a 256mb cardMark

NVidia FX3000 comes to mind. As do many of the lesser NVidia Quadros.

We've got two machines running the Quadro FX3000 and one running the Quadro FX3400, all running dual monitors and they work great!Richard
