How can I delete a BOM anchor in 2007

Sometimes I want to be able to place a BOM where I choose - maybe not even on the page. How can an anchor be deleted? I have went to the tree in a drawing document and expanded the sheet format. I go to the anchor and am unable to delete it. Any tips?

You could just turn off the "Attach to anchor" toggle in your BOM table properties.
