I just tried to do a cross-unit math function within a sketch dimension. Specifically, "0.0150in-0.3mm". I got an error message saying "Please enter a number between 0 and 393700.7874"
Correct me if I am wrong, but didn't this used to work??? I don't have a need to do this often. But I'm sure I have done this in the past.
Anyone else seen this???

Seems to be working here I coppied your string and pasted it into 2006 SP4.0. Reasons for it to not work is accidentally deleting the 'n' from 'in' I do this accidentally all the time.
0.0150i-0.3mm = ERROR or 0.0150i-0.3m = ERROR but 0.0150in-0.3mm = 0.00318898inSeth Renigar wrote:
Nope... I tried it again. Still won't work. As a matter of fact, the text that was in my original post was copy/pasted, after I typed it, directly from the dimension input box. So what you copied/pasted is exactly what I used. I've seen similar error messages before that didn't make sense (not this same scenario though).
BTW - SW2006 SP4.1 here.
That was it!!! A restart of SW fixed it. I should have known to try that... Duh!!!
