One possibility is that you have suppressed features, models, and mates in some of the configs. Sometimes this is desirable as it keeps one config clean when working with the others. However, there are times when you want to propagate into all configs, and therefore need to turn off the blockages. I have a macro that lets you turn them on or off, your choice - let me know if you want it.
