SolidWorks Converter to native format

Hi, Is there any utility that can convert sw parts and assemblies to some native format like iges, step, parasolid - WITHOUT THE NEED TO HAVE sw INSTALLED?

Polytrans, perhaps... I don't remember if you actually have to have SW or not...
