We are currently on sw'06 and XP32.
Experiencing memory problems, we are wondering if there has been a 64 bits version of '06.
Anyone knows? TIA

No, as far as I know Sw08 Sp3.1 was the first version for 64 bit systems

You may try switching to 3Gb mode but as far as 64 bit is concerned, SW06 wont run on it.
