SWX09 x64 Solidworks Office Issue

I seem to have lost functionality of the tab. I only use Photoworls occasionally ( use Photoview 360) but would like to have it anyway.



PW add in checked for start up. Yet all I get is the Solidworks office tab and a crash to desk top when I click it. I;d like to not have to do a full install all over again. Is there a way to just repair one funciton and reinstall Office or just PW ?

With the Office Products tab clucked all I get is the SolidWorks Office icon on the far left of the bar and nothing else. Is there anything else I'm missing ?
