I need to put an o-ring grove in a part and have the toolbox add in activated (both toolbox and toolbox browser). I click on the diameter of the part and then hit Toolbox - Grooves.. I then get an error stating "The current profile (default profile) doesn't contain any standards that have o-ring groove types" after I hit ok the toolbox popup comes up but it blank?
- Tried this on another machine and it worked no problem...
- Checked to see in the options if there was a wrong file location mapped in file locations but nouthing refrencing the toolbox or o-rings in there
- Checked the toolbox browser configuration to see if there was any thing in there about o-rings..nouthing
- Checked in drive:\program files\soliworks\toolbox and found "grooveu.dll" copied from the computer that could do a o-ring but this did not work
- Checked in the drive:\programs files\common files\solidworks data\ directories and found nouthing relating to o-rings...
What is the next step to fix this?
