Are there standard part wood screws which can be inserted using Toolbox? Failing that, how does one build one into the Toolbox?

You can download one from SolidWorks web site, adjust to your dimensions, then add any configurations.
Then, in Toolbox, use the "add my parts wizard".
That should do it...
