Does anybody know if CP Rail retired it's spine cars? I've been trying to spot them on the local mainiline through Thunder Bay but I haven't seen any.

I still see them occasionally on the Chicago-Toronto trains.
Does that route go through some kind of height restriction that precludes double stacking?
yes and no. They can double stack 8'6", and I think mix an 8'6" with a
9'6", but they can't have double stacked 9'6". Alot of the 9'6" 40' containers run on flats, whether it's the 50' TOFC flats, CP spine cars or TTX spine cars. It's because of the tunnel between Windsor/Detroit.Cool, thanks.
