You guys are so lucky having so many small stations that were easy to salvage. Most small stations here in the UK were demolished by the "Abominable" Dr Beeching. In addition, being mostly brick and stone would have been virtually impossible to move.The irony is that Johnny Cash's station will probably be moved by road.
