Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I have what appears to be an odd variation of three American Flyer Passenger cars. The look like a Flying Colonel 4380C Club Car, 4381C Pullman Car, and 4382C Observation Car. However, instead of having plates that say "Flying Colonel" Across the top, each says "American Flyer Lines" - and the three plates across the bottom all say "Pullman" instead of Hancock, etc.
I can find no evidence of the plates being tampered with at all, which was my first thought. At the same time, I can't find any reference to a variation like this anywhere. Does anyone know anything about this variation? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
