Dell recently announced they are bringing customer support for businesssystems back to the USA, to overcome language problems."Tech support calls from customers with Optiplex desktop and Latitudenotebook computers will now be handled from existing call centers in Texas,Idaho and Tennessee, the company said"Texas and Tennesse, yeah, that'l help the language problem .As to not helping with spyware, check out this link the the support forums: wouldn't say they're not providing help, just not directly. How can thesupport techs deal with every new scumware and the multitude of products toremove them. I don't have it any more and don't remember the number. It was one of the cheap ones that came as a combo with my laptop about 5 years ago.

The Compaq IJ series use Lexmark cartridges. I have an IJ-900.
