May he rest in peace. Rich was an extraordinary person and he made great contributions to this hobby.

Richard was a good friend, and will be missed. I hope someone can take up printing the vast selection of decals he had available. The last time I saw him in Minot, was at the TLR convention in Minot. Rich treated us to his 'O' scale layout and a tour of the 'warehouse' behind his garage. My prayers are with your family.
