It looks to me like the cooling is thermo-syphon and relies purely on the header tank surface for heat disapation. I wouldn't have thought this was enough to cool an engine of this size under load. Perhaps it's only run off load for rallying? Have I missed something or just plain wrong?

Interesting, we'd recognise it as a Wade - rebadged, built under licence or what?
