Does anyone have any information on a company called F.R Morphet of Settle who earlier in the last century (1900's) manufactured agricultural equipment.
I have just acquired a chaff cutter with their name cast into it but am unable to find any links to the company.

The Yorks 1881 Census shows only one such but he was a 2 yr old "imbecile" in Leeds so unlikely. I suggest taking a look at the genuki pages for trade directories etc. regards
