Not sure what HSS sizes I have, I know the main set only goes down to 1mm, but there may be some fractional sizes lurking in a dremel box. If not, we have a Maplin branch just up the road and I think they do a 'micro' set. Whether to use a pin vice and sit down infront of the TV for an evenings slow whittling, try the high speed but still hand held dremel, or set it up in the piller drill, I'm not sure. You know how snatchy brass can be if the cutting angles are not backed off - and I'm b******d if I am trying to regrind a 0.7mm drill - so I fully expect there may be tears before tea time and I do prefer to break my own tools rather than other peoples! Thanks for the offer though.
