Just back from a very nice day at the NYVMS working day at Tancred Grange, Scorton. Nice venue,excellent organisation and some very good exhibits. Engine numbers slightly down on entry/appearance ratio but still a good range. Other exhibit classes were very good too.A lot bigger and better than when it was at Hornby Castle. At last,managed to pick up a pepperpot exhaust for my PT, second hand but in excellent condition and reasonable too. Also picked up an interesting pump from Thirsk en route to the show, bought from a guy on the Forum. Similar one exhibited at Astle Park,driven by a small 2 stroke engine. I think the name is "Hydralux"?? Photos to follow.
