Can anyone hazard a guess as to what a Crossley 1075, driving a dynamo, a wall mounted marble switchboard and a battery bank would have cost when installed in (say) 1920?

Don't know, but photos? I like electrical gear just as much as I like engines I think ;)
At a guess less than a hundred pounds but then its relative.

In 1923 a 5hp Petterlight set with board and cells was £285.

A slightly O/T comparison, but in 1928 Austin 7 that cost =A3125.
