" The West Somerset Railway Trust is calling on people to get onboard and join their charity fundraising walk between Williton and Minehead on November 16.



Walkers will be able to walk alongside the railway line while raising money for the trust's heritage carriages project and St Margaret's Somerset Hospice ........... The trust is offering a prize of a Hornby model railway locomotive for the walker who raises the most money "



" There is a =A35 registration fee to cover administration costs and sponsor forms.

£5 each seems a high charge to pay to enable people to raise money for charity, wouldn't it be better to do away with the administration and just give the £5 to the charity.

Just thinking..... Do the tin shakers who collect in the High Streets have to pay anything for their efforts?
