Your best bet would be to have a look round swapmeets or secondhand dealers at shows. Lima N Gauge turns up quite frequently, as their locos were the staple motive power for many N Gauge layouts in the seventies.

Ebay may also be worth a look, though avoid paying too much. ISTR these used a fairly generic 4-wheeled motor bogie common to a lot of Lima locos.

Thanks for the advice, you were right ebay came up with the goods it was just a case of knowing the correct terminology to search for. I paid =A313 incl delivery so I think thats pretty resonable.
