Having watched helplessly as he value of Sterling falls ever rapidly towards the abyss and the price of the hobby ascends at an even steeper rate I do wonder just how much longer it will be affordable.
Memories of the disparaging remarks thrown in my direction by friends and family when the subject of overpriced property came up over the years provoke a grimace of regret that so many could be so conned by succesive governments whose pack of cards economics have led to todays sorry affairs. So much for post Lawson " We must keep the pound and govern our own financial affairs"!
