XtrkCad

formatting link
is now free!

It claims to support Unitrak in n and HO scales, so it must be worth a look.

It is also now open source and Bob Jacobsen (the JMRI/DecoderPro man) has built a MACOS version and is looking for beta testers. More details on the XtrkCad Yahoo grooup
