VI Trains 37 photo on the Peco site

Do they really have to make you feel sick with the menu on the left moving up and down while you scroll the article?

It's a start. But too many web pages do un-necessary gimmicky things that get in the way.

With this page the moving menu draws the eye away from what you're trying to look at.

These things should be simple and readable. I learned that on the mainframe using CICS on 3270 displays 30+ years ago. Too much made the made the screen too busy. Also to minimise the use of bandwidth to improve response time.

Self-coloured it looks to be to me too. Remember these are ex-Lima people, and maybe that's what they're used to. They need to rethink that if they want to be successful, IMHO.

:-) They probably mean it will "Exclusivly" appear in the March edition and never be spoken of again !!

Srolling down the page to read the captions on later pictures produces this:
