Hi anyone knowing UK situation - specifically in South East (nr London)
Industrial units don't seem to be most plentiful. Could look at 300 vacant office rentals today... But industrial - no. Looking smallish - about 90m sq'd (eg 10m by 9m) - about 1000sq-m.
Am 25mins on train SW of London.
3-phase power a plus. Would prefer insulated and so on so easy to use around the year. Bit of fabricating and welding, testing things... Not full-time "fabshop" - few folk visiting.
Any ideas how to go about this?
